Further to previous news bulletins advising of the on-going industrial actions against DP World terminals across Australia, a further update has been received, as it relates to SYDNEY and on-going daily outages over the next 2 weeks as outlined below:

 

AMENDED - MUA PROTECTED ACTION WORK STOPPAGES

“DP World Sydney has received further notices of Protected Action work stoppages from the Maritime Union of Australia.

One hour stoppages of work will occur at 5am, 1pm & 9pm FROM Thursday 25/7/19 up to Sunday 4/8/19. This will affect vessel working, road and rail operations.

STOPPAGES FOR THURSDAY 25th JULY 2019 - SUNDAY 4TH AUGUST 2019

No slots will be issued for 0400 & 0500 Time Zones. Operations to recommence 0600.LAST TIME ZONE will be 0300

No slots will be issued for 1200 & 1300 time zones. Operations to recommence 1400. LAST TIME ZONE will be 1100

No slots will be issued for 2000 & 2100 time zones. Operations to recommence 2200 LAST TIME ZONE will be 1900”
