Hong Kong: Air cargo delays

Please be advised that Hong Kong airport is currently enduring significant delays and backlogs of cargo. The airport is currently introducing a new Air Traffic Management System reducing the number of flights in & out Hong Kong airport. As many as 2672 flights have been cancelled in the last week alone. The shortage has also resulted in significant price increases.
